The vision for this community offering is to co-create a sacred safe space fostering connection, creativity, restoration, healing, relaxation, and belonging.
One of the focuses of the group is to bring deep consciousness to our body, mind, heart and soul and allow what needs to flow to come through or be released in a supported setting. We will tend to each area from a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual foundation incorporating mindful movement, reflection and energy work.
Offerings:
Self-inquiry through journaling or written expression (open to interpretation), active listening and sharing (if a person would like to verbally share)
Meditation and mindful breathing
Movement practice of a slow flow/beginner style yoga with dedicated time for restorative yoga moving into a deeper state of relaxation and time for energy work
Light nourishment of fruits, vegetables, snacks and beverages to forge deeper relationships with others or yourself (if moved to bring something to share that is welcomed)
Self-care techniques for continuity in healing stepping back into the world
