Megan is a highly experienced massage therapist with over 15 years of expertise.
Clients feel at ease with her friendly and approachable demeanor. Combined with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, clients are able to relax both mentally and physically.
It is her goal to provide a customized, relaxing massage experience, always tailoring the treatment specifically to her client. Being an active listener with excellent communication skills and an attention to detail, she can ensure her clients the level of care they deserve.
Megan prioritizes the client's overall satisfaction and comfort above all else and she understands that some individuals may have different preferences when it comes to massage therapy. She will happily recommend a colleague within the FoRest Wellness Collective who she thinks would best suit those preferences and/or needs. It's all about an exceptional massage experience.

Ilene Bale LMT

Ilene graduated from Cortiva School of Massage in 2011 after a career in education as a paraeducator. Upon graduating, she continued to work at Cortiva in a variety of roles deepening her understanding of bodywork. She brings her thoughtfulness of education and her knowledge of massage together to provide a nurturing and caring massage. She is an excellent listener not only verbally but also in hearing the subtle messages that your body tells during a massage. Ilene has a caring demeanor that allows you to fully relax on her table so she can gracefully address the physical tension that causes pain. Ilene brings lots of different techniques to your session but her greatest skill is in her head and neck massage. She will release the tension in your neck caused by stress or a persistent headache so you can ease through the rest of your days.
After years of being submerged in the massage community she decided to go back to school to become a School Phycologist. While she earned her degrees, she continued to massage and quickly realized that giving massage was just as therapeutic for her as it is for her clients. Ilene only works on weekends and during school breaks but don't let her limited hours get in the way of experiencing her truly therapeutic massage.

Thom is from New Orleans, bringing his southern charm to the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from Blue Cliff College in 2018 at the top of his class. Knowing he wanted to help others, Thom felt a call to massage and healing arts.
Thom’s versatile skill set allows for a truly personalized experience. He customizes each massage to the needs of the client, incorporating techniques from Deep Tissue, Neuro Muscle Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Myofascial Release in his signature style, using smooth, flowy strokes.

For the past 10 years I have been serving our community as a personal trainer and coach at the West Seattle Anytime Fitness where I've had the pleasure of helping others connect to and heal their bodies through movement and mindset practices.
